The USS (Used Car Solution Systems) is the largest car auction system in Japan exhibiting more than 43,000 vehicles per week in 12 auction halls across the country. In simple words, auction is the place from which authorized Japanese dealers purchase vehicles and resell them domestically or internationally. Originally, the auction information has been able only in auction hall and most importers had to travel to Japan to buy from auctions.

GRADING of VEHICLE.

You or your client may be worry about buying a car without physical inspection. A grading system is introduced to solve this problem. In the auction, all vehicles are inspected by the licensed professional technicians. Strict check is given to overall condition, engine, interior, exterior, accident history of the vehicle. Dealers who manipulate vehicle data (such as odometer data) are subject to lose their licenses. After inspection, cars are graded as following and the grades are very reliable.

5	Vehicle is like new. All original body parts. No repair needed on vehicle. Usually only given to vehicles less than 3 years old.
4.5	Vehicle is in excellent condition. No slight scratches or dents.
4	Vehicle in good condition, few scratches/dents due to normal wear as you would get with any normal vehicle.
3.5	Vehicle has a few scratches or dents visibly. The grade is usually given to a vehicle in average condition.
3	Various scratches or dents, some paint blemishes.
RA	Vehicle has been in MINOR accident. It has been repaired to an acceptable standard.
R	A vehicle which has been in an accident where some parts have been repaired or replaced.
*******	Accident damaged vehicle however has not been repaired. Vehicle may have engine problems.

Basically, the higher the grade, the higher the price, however, price depends on not only the grade. Such factors as mileage, options, number of demand at that day may affect the price. To ensure that you ordered a good quality vehicle, we strongly suggest you to order one with grade 4 or higher.

Choose a vehicle from AUCTION LIST and, fill the form and send us an order (Make, Model, Year and Acceptable Mileage). If the required vehicle is not included in our catalogue, than input Make, Model, Year, Acceptable Mileage and your FOB Budget in your order.

To maximize your chances to success in the auction sale, please choose two alternative vehicles for each required model.

Make a deposit BEFORE AUCTION STARTs.
Transfer the deposit by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our bank account with note "DEPOSIT" and notify us by email, fax or phone.

Be sure to complete the transaction ONE DAY BEFORE THE AUCTION STARTS
